Sunday - 26th August

Packed up and headed for the coast.  Stopped in Sapphire for the Sunday Markets and bought a fossil rock for Adam.  Stopped for lunch beside the Japanese Garden at Blackwater.  Very pretty.  Lots of very long coal trains trundling past.  Set up camp in Coolwaters Holiday Village on the Capricorn Coast.  Very nice spot.

Monday - 27th August

A bright and sunny day. Has a wash up morning, washed the car, the van and all the clothes. Everything sparkling.  Lots of birds in the park, brush turkeys, magpies, lorikeets and kookaburras.  Very noisy.  In the afternoon we drove up to Yeppoon and did some sightseeing. Met a monster dog, Mastiff Staghound cross, friendly but slobbery. Visited the marina. Found a huge green tree frog sitting on our TV outlet.
